In Oct. 2019 I went to Flagler Dental 30 Office Park Dr. Palm Coast, Fl 32137 to have a tooth fixed. Just 1 tooth, I had broken part of it off from eating pop corn. I figured it would get a crown for repair. This was my first time at Flagler Dental. The dentist I was given was Ryan Smith and his assistants name I think was Nielle.
