This is the Worst Hospital that I have ever been too! The nurses there are Great, but there is always that one Doctor, with a chip on their shoulder, and that doctor is Dr. Kopp! I will never Go back to that Bandaid Station!!!!

The staff at Flaget is very nice and professional. the treatment is great. But the billing department is a disaster. They are not able (or willing) to bill my insurance correctly. I talked to them on the phone, in person and wrote letters. CHI knows about the problem and that they billed my insurance incorrectly, but instead of fixing their problem, they want to charge me with 1200$ and they already sent the bill to bill collectors. My insurance is willing to pay the full bill, once billed correctly. I will switch to non CHI... read more
RecommendedMy husband had an emergency Appendectomy 2 weeks ago at Flaget. He received excellent care from the moment we entered the Emergency Room, until he was released 5 days later. Firstly, EVERY nurse we encountered was FANTASTIC. (Maria, thank you for taking extra special care of him!) We cannot say enough wonderful things about how he was treated and cared for. Dr Jones performed the surgery & was awesome. Super informative with a great bedside manor.
