I first rented from Flag Property Management back in, 2012. Fantastic property management company. Deb was the absolute best! Then somewhere around 2016 or so, they had Diamond Property take over and manage for them and that is when I had to leave. Horrible on top of Horrible. Very very unprofessional, I never had any problems before them. They seemed not to know what they were doing, they were very rude to say the least.
