Nice woman but the car didn’t last me 3 months and only had 90,000 miles. I was told they were brand new tires but they were two different models and caused issues and had to be replaced within a month. When I inquired about it she was going to look into it with her partner, but I never got follow up about it. Coverage package I was sold (it was within warranty period) didn’t help with tire, electric or engine issues that followed. Maybe bad luck. Be careful.
