They are very nice and have reasonable lot rent. If you are interested in living here all you have to do is get ahold of the office and they will know what available. It’s nice a quiet area to live in and it’s close to Findlay and Walmart and all the restaurants to eat at. I have lived here 5 years and it’s been an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended place to buy from and rent from.
I live here. And it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. I like being outside Findlay city limits but close enough to drive 2 min down the road to Walmart and all the restaurants. It’s affordable here and little to no crime. Very nice place to call home.
