Been here about three times now and the quality of the hair cuts hasn’t been anything but top notch. Highly recommend this place for a nice quality haircut in a chill and relaxing environment.
Asked if I wanted it smooth like butter, did in fact make it smooth like butter. Well worth the price.

Needed a haircut and Flaco’s was right outside of WF market. Super nice guy, excellent haircut and fairly priced. I’d be a regular if I lived in this beautiful island.
Neighbor from the hell, located all around hundreds unit condos, threw a noisy party from 6pm to 12am inviting a real loud brass band and hundreds of guests (some drunken guests peed in the grass of a condo next to his shop) dIsrespecting the law. Finally the party stopped 12am as cops called 2 times didn't care. Wish the owner learn how to consider and respect the law and community very near his business. Although it was one time event, will not recommend this shop.
