Great first visit—the cut was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, my return visits have been inconsistent, and my most recent experience was disappointing. I showed a photo and clearly explained that I wanted a soft, natural neckline, but ended up with a squared cut that I did not ask for. It felt like my preferences were ignored. There’s definitely talent here, but listening to the client and consistency matter. I’ll be exploring other options. The photos show what I got vs what I asked for.
