She was warm, personable, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me explaining all of my options and expectations. And the eye surgery experience was excellent - both from Dr Flack and the Baptist Eye Surgery Center staff

Dr flack is extremely knowledgeable with glaucoma and cataracts and more than anything else she is extremely patient.!! She makes sure that you understand what she is explaining, even if that means she makes a phone call on a weekend
