Towed my car without consent even though I had a third party road side assistance.i told the officer on scene I could not afford a tow company. I was told that my insurance would cover it by the TPD officer on scene and the driver of the tow company. (it did not) I spoke with my 3rd party road side assistance and arranged for pick up to an auto service dealer.
