Very poor customer service and whenever something goes wrong the company owner blames it on the home owner. Workers rarely clean up after themselves and if they do its poor at best.

Ben not sure where this is coming from we did your pool remodel six months ago and everything was taken care of not sure what you’re referring to! Give us a call there’s any issues we haven’t heard that there was any problems or concerns no one‘s called
Don’t do it. Don’t return calls. When they do it is excuses but don’t follow thru. Product is not worth it. Do not do the echo finish.
Our experience was not the best, wish we spent our hard earned $$ elsewhere. The only honest person there is Patrick. I'll never use them again, nor will I recommended this company.

We gathered 5 estimates for a much needed 27yr old pool remodel. Many pool companies refuse remodels for new construction as remodels take patience & experience. FLA Pools was our choice and they successfully filled the order. We chose their proprietary Eco Finish interior(and LOVE it), travertine, water features and more. We had a great experience with Robert and Pat(owners) and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys for our beautiful backyard oasis.

Highly recommended. Our pool popped up during hurricane Irma. FLA Pools rebuilt our pool and did an amazing job. From the sales people to the installers. Great communication, on time , neat clean work, reliable and amazing service. For installation and rebuild pools !!! Owners Robert and Pat are dedicated hard workers who take pride at their work and care about the customer!
