Very Unprofessional!!!! Do not waste your time with this company. The owner Robert S******** and his son Michael obviously do not communicate with each other or any of their staff and this creates being told 2 different stories. Not sure why they hired their sales representative, Claire. (Maybe we were practice clients for her). I feel really bad for her. There are many things that factor into that decision and rarely is there an issue. Our goal is to be as transparent, honest and upfront prior to signing. Very poor customer service and whenever something goes wrong the company owner blames it on the home owner. Workers rarely clean up after themselves and if they do its poor at best.

Ben not sure where this is coming from we did your pool remodel six months ago and everything was taken care of not sure what you’re referring to! Give us a call there’s any issues we haven’t heard that there was any problems or concerns no one‘s called
Don’t do it. Don’t return calls. When they do it is excuses but don’t follow thru. Product is not worth it. Do not do the echo finish.
Our experience was not the best, wish we spent our hard earned $$ elsewhere. The only honest person there is Patrick. I'll never use them again, nor will I recommended this company.

We gathered 5 estimates for a much needed 27yr old pool remodel. Many pool companies refuse remodels for new construction as remodels take patience & experience. FLA Pools was our choice and they successfully filled the order. We chose their proprietary Eco Finish interior(and LOVE it), travertine, water features and more. We had a great experience with Robert and Pat(owners) and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys for our beautiful backyard oasis.
