Worst group of “doctors” ever. They tortured me.
I’m not sure why this place has such low ratings because my experience was amazing. As a new pt I received an appt fairly quick (within 4-6 weeks.) parking was a little bit of a nightmare so you would need to give yourself more time to find parking. Once I arrived they called me back within 3-5 minutes. I saw APRN Jennifer Hass and she was exceptional. I’m very big on being heard and not feeling rushed. Wow i dont know why i didnt read these reviews before.... i had the same happen to me. Waited months for my appointment and got to my appointment for them to tell me that they "called me" to confirm appointment and i didnt answer so they cancel appointment. I never received a call and i always respond all calls since i receive clients calls as well to my phone. They should have txt at least. Then they tried to tell me like they needed the images, when my dr liver is from adventhealth and is the one that gave me the referral ... read more
Incompetent. I came in after waiting 4 months for an appointment and they cancelled my appointment while i was in the lobby because they don’t take marketplace insurance. I called and confirmed they accept my insurance MONTHS prior to the appointment. Drove 45 minutes and you have to pay for parking
