FLDMV requires an appointment and that you show up 5 minutes prior to the appointment. This is the Daytona Beach location today Showed up 5 mins prior and was told to get at the end of the line. People at the front had been waiting over an hour to check in. Suggestions 1. Reduce the number of appointments to those you can actually process on time 2. Rapidly check in appointments. I paid renewal registration and never got to my home, call them never answer! IGNORED BY THEM
I have been trying for weeks to get a corrected crash record. I have called the local office in Orlando and given the name of the trooper and his e mail. I sent the info and supporting documents. Not even the courtesy of a response. I called again. This time they gave me the phone number and e mail of the sergeant there. I sent him an e mail and all supporting documents and pictures! This location is Northside (7900 NW 27th Avenue Suite #E14) in Miami Dade. I had a 10am appointment. In the picture you can see one side of the line, however, when you turn around the corner it continues on for an extra 500 yards. The wait is probably over 3 hours (in the heat). Ive been waiting to get an appointment since May. I guess we’ll all endure the conditions and stay. (Except for the few elderly people who decided to just leave for obvious reasons). Shameful
been waiting in line outside for 3.5 hours. You can't set up an online appointment. They won't let you stand under the canopy. According to the guy at the door there is only 3 people working in the Hillsborough Ave Tampa location today. This is rediculous!
