Sent several emails to ask for info about a Xion motor replacement and is been more than 1 year never received an answer to my email.
I purchased a brand new machine and with less than 30 hours on it, it stopped working! Customer Service with the company is a joke! AVOID at all cost! It has taken over a month for me to go through the process of getting my BRAND NEW machine fixed when it should have been replaced. The employees there are extremely rude and dishonest.
12/30/21 I PAID AND ORDERED A FLUX S RECEIVED IT 1/13/22 DID NOT WORK POWER BOLT ISSUES 1/17/22 CONTACTED THEM TOOK 1/27/22 GET BACK TO ME APRROVAL TO RETURN. MAILED IT 1/27 RECEICED IT 1/28 ASKED FOR A NEW WORKING MACHINE THEY JUST REPLACED INSIDES OF THE POWER BOLD. A Really Dishonest company and Staff!Just really need you to know BEFORE you PAY you MONEY! I ordered a Flux machine with some needle for $2065.29USD total on 04/02/2020 from FK Irons official website,But I did not receive the confirmation email about my order. So I called them on05/02/2020，They told me the Flux machine was out of stock so I told them to cancel my Order#13148 and have confirmed with them.After that they only refunded me $1249.95 (only for the Flux machine), I was shocked about it ;where is other$815.34?! so ... read more
Ordered a machine during Black Friday, came without a motor. I am still trying to get in contact to answer my questions and I have received very little help. Now my machine is useless and I have clients waiting. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE please if you can waste $1100 :))))))))))
