My nephews car was towed there after an accident. I called to find out how much the tower was and was met with. A nice woman on the phone and an angry man in the background yelling about how the car is a total loss and can not be moved from the lot. The woman needed to say nothing because the guy was screaming it. First, I didn't get the option to tow somewhere else.
