Avoid Lived at Candlelight. The only positive was the location. We had leaking bathroom ceiling whole time (had part of the ceiling fall into the tub at one point). The bathroom constantly had water on the floor from the ceiling leaking. Worn carpets. Roaches. One of the two dryers did not work when we left. The apartment we were being moved into changed and the one we were put in wasn't very well cleaned or repaired. FJC Apartments is the place to live! FJC Apartments offers a variety of apartments for all lifestyles. If you’re not sure where to move to in Warrensburg, FJC is the no doubt the place for you. Theres a great community of people and supports all walks of life. They allow pets and have reserved parking spaces. Theres very nice common areas and an amazing dog park for dogs to socialize! If you wonder where the place to be is FJC is the place to be. Give this place a chance you won’t regret it.

Fav place to live I love this apartment complex so much. I have made so many new friends when I knew no one. And they are great to the dogs and have a yard for the dogs to play in. My and my dog have my friends that will last us a lifetime

Apartment Staff and Service. The staff that keep the apartments here are great! Very Southern Hospitality and always available to help whatever your need. Dorthy the Manager was so flexible with helping me get my documents taken care of when I was moving in. Keep in mind we did this all digital as I was moving from West Virginia all the way here. (900 Miles Away) She made sure I was always able to keep in contact with her via E-mail/Phone so I could be ready to move in by the day I arrived. She is professional and always has... read more

Beautiful Apartments I absolutely love the view, the complex is beautiful and very well put together. The Landlady is so polite and helpful. This is an amazing place for a first apartment. They are dog friendly, and there is a dog park on the complex. They do have dog bags available in the dog area in the center of the complex, which is great! The people who live near me are all incredibly polite. I highly suggest this apartment complex.
