The shop itself is charming, well organized, and filled with fresh flowers. What truly sets this place apart is the service, very warm, attentive, and genuinely exceptional. I have ordered flowers from FJ Luxury Flowers for every holiday and birthday for the last five years. Always wows whoever gets them. I live in Florida and they are in Massachusetts I’ve never had one problem. When I call they always say Hi Mark what can we get you. Sometimes I order off the website but most of the time I call and tell them to make whatever they think for the occasion. They send me pictures before delivery and a text once it’s been delivered. They are the best florist I’ve ever used.
