Amazing gym overall! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Safe and secure requiring a membership card to scan into the building! Plenty of machines and cable machines, plenty of space with three different floors, including an artificial turf on the second floor! They have free weights, cables, plate loaded and cable stack machines, a boxing gym, cycle classes, and a personal training room. They have a smoothie/ protein shake bar with a lounge area and the locker room has a sauna as well! Absolutely loves this place!

This was a different experience than what I expected. For an onyx Gym the vibe was different. It had more of a personal training facility bc it was more compact. Don't get me wrong it's huge but mostly bc there are 3 levels. That's right 3. The main floor is just right..a little tight but the right amount of weight machines and free weights. They took away silver sneakers for the elderly and all other insurances. nobody at the front desk or staff around. all the trainers left and I can see why. The music they play is absolutely horrifying and membership fees are extremely high no air-conditioning, and unsanitary restrooms.
I dont know where this place gets their $70 a month price tag for a full membership because that money is clearly not going here. Equipment regularly breaks down, bathrooms are routinely out of toilet paper and soap, there is no first aid kit ready for when people inevitably get injured, sauna lights are out, lockers are falling apart, wood floors are splintered and water warped, and its talked about among the gym members how there are members of staff who will return to work from the locker room without washing their hands.... read more
