Clearly have no plans to fix the sauna but can paint the building. Sauna has been broke since the beginning of the year. So glad they took a maintenance fee so they can fix the parking lot.
This place is crazy. I stopped in for a membership, nobody working the front desk. Stood there for 5 minutes, then the lady mopping The floor said she'll go get the manager, come back to tell me that the manager is in a meeting with another manager and it's gonna be a while, to wait or come back lol. Will not let you cancel your membership. I canceled my membership over six months ago and they have been racking up a bill for months without my knowledge. Advice, if you ever need to cancel this membership, do not trust anything said in person or over the phone. You need all communications done in writing and timestamped
SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR START A MEMBERSHIP!!!! Forwarding information to the Ohio Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Onyx as a whole is just an awful experience. Nile’s is one of the worst out of all of them. Trainers who are being hired with no certifications or experience, air conditioning that doesn’t work, machines that are falling apart and haven’t been given proper maintenance in years, and the pricing to actually have a membership there, is just absolutely atrocious.
