I’ve really been enjoying my time at Niles Onyx Gym. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I love that there are multiple spaces for working out. The new cardio equipment is a welcome addition. I also appreciate that classes are included with the membership.
There’s nothing like going to the sauna in the evenings to relax and having weights dropped on your head on the ceiling above you repeatedly. (Female locker room) Been occurring for weeks I never know who to reach out to as there are no staff early morning or evenings. Someone deal with this promptly or I’m pulling my membership.
DONT DO IT! The facility is poorly maintained, over crowded, understaffed, and SHADY AS HELL!! They will put you out to collections and mess up your credit if you break your autopayment cycle by mistake! There are better gyms out there that need you business more than these crooks!
