My mom Tina has a membership here. I met the manager today and she is so sweet and understanding I love how the gym is not too crowded and everyone does their own thing. Will definitely recommend my friends to make this their home gym!!
Be extremely cautious before signing up — in fact, I strongly advise against it. Onyx Gym in Niles makes it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. There is no online option, and they repeatedly ignore phone calls. Many members, myself included, have had to involve our credit card companies to dispute charges and forcibly stop payments. I came here with my little cousin as a guest. I enjoyed the gym and it had nice amenities. I returned again with my son. We both planned to get a membership. However the lady in the gym decided the be very nasty to my cousin and continue to embarrass her in front of the entire gym about bringing us. Not knowing we where there to actually get a membership.
