Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It cost me $50 to schedule an appointment that was supposed to be credited to my grillz but never was, all because no one actually works in their shop it's by appointment only. And once you get past that barrier you realize that it's some type of third party business the person you just booked an appointment with isn't even the person actually making your grillz. I explained what I wanted I was quoted one price after doing a mold and sending pictures of my teeth, I wa... read more
