Very helpful staff pointed us to good choices After remodeling 2 bathrooms and a kitchen we've shopped around at a bunch of places - including Fixtures N Faucets and also Plumbing N Things in San Carlos. Awful Experience! They appear to have good PRESALE service, however their AFTER SALES service is AWFUL. My order was delayed for two months from the date they promised, although they charged me on my order date. They don't follow up the orders after sales; my orders got pushed to a later date. I had to extend my construction permit due to their delay. No one called me when the products finally arrived at their warehouse; I had to call them again and again to find out when my order will arrive. They don't inspect the product ... read more
