I had the opportunity and pleasure to owrk with Jacob today at the Mall of America location. What a fantastic experience - he was awesome, honest, professional and brought several watches back to life!! Great attitude!
Great customer service. Easy in and out. Has my dad’s Skagen running great.
Very disappointed with today's service. The problem with my watch was not the battery and that was what was offered to fix it. When I declined to have a full movement replacement which would have exceeded the value of the watch and, therefore, asked for a refund of the battery install, I was denied. This is very poor service in my mind.
