The title of this review is "Thanks for Nothing" I brought in a 1970's Japanese Ricoh watch I bought on Ebay. The watch was 150 bucks shipped from Egypt. It's a cool watch - 70's gold gradient sunburst dial and a fun oval case. The watch however was losing 5 mins a day. Not the worst but a pain in the butt to adjust as I was wearing it daily. I brought my chain to Fixology to have it repaired, and it broke again the very next day — in the exact same spot they supposedly fixed. When I brought it back, the person behind the counter didn’t even know where the original break was and offered no apology or discount. Instead, he told me it was my fault and that I’d have to pay full price again. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told she was “away” with no idea when she’d return.
