I cracked the glass on my citizen watch, I shipped it to citizen and the quoted me $117 to repair a $160 watch, I declined. Took a couple weeks to get it back. A friend recommended Fixology, I brought it in, it was less than half the cost and they quoted me 2 weeks for the repair. I went shopping in the mall and received a phone call 15 minutes later saying they had the parts in stock and my watch was already repaired! 🤯 I was thrilled! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Got my Movado fixed and tuned up here. Not only was it done extremely well and very quickly but the customer service was incredible. 10/10 would recommend and I will sure take any of my jewelry needs to them from this point forward.
My fiance took his watch in to have some repair work done in May of 2024. He was told that he had to pay upfront to have the repairs done, which he did with no problem. He was told it would be done by a certain date and of course that didn’t happen, when he went to pickup his watch. After months of calling and returning to the store.
