Best place to get jewelry fixed, batteries replaced…even laptops worked on. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick. No need to go anywhere else.
Brought my new Rado watch in to be sized. The 2 gentlemen working were friendly and professional. Took the guy maybe 5 minutes and was only $18 to get done. Will definitely be my new go to place for all my watch needs.
Wouldn't suggest taking any watches for repair here. I was missing a clasp on a nice watch I took into have replaced. Same night after them replacing a clasp on it, my watch fell off my wrist at some point, somewhere...not to be seen again. I didn't notice in time, searched the streets and asked every vendor in the area...no dice.
Excellent Service and Dedication!! I had my watch repaired at Fixology at Mall of America, and while it needed to be sent out a couple of times for repair, the staff was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process. They went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right, and now my watch is working perfectly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to quality service.
