My name is Marge. Our washing machine broke. Fixly Services had us pay $75.00 in advance, and they promised they would come over to our home and fix our broken washing machine. However, they lied and they didn't come. Our washing machine is still broken, our clothes are still wet, and they are refusing to give back the money they took from us. Over $2,000 in new parts and five trips to our home and our refrigerator still is not repaired. Our home warranty company allotted us $3200 for a new fridge. We are now stuck with a non-running fridge due to Fixly improperly diagnosing our fridge.
They responded to my call and fixed the issue on time , great service and affordable price . Highly recommend to anyone .
