Very responsive. Easy to schedule. Andrei arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part with him. Reasonable price and knowledgeable. He recognized an older (25+yo) model and knew how to access the relevant parts even though it is quite tricky. He worked clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
If you're looking for someone who shows up on time, doesn't try to upsell you, and clearly knows what they're doing, you've found the right place. I needed someone experienced to make sure our oven was safe to use after a possible water-related issue and an error code. Andrei arrived on time and was quick to inspect, documenting everything in a portal for the future. FixitBay was great. Andrei did an excellent job. He arrived on time, communicated everything really well, and then fixed our dryer in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
If you want a great communicator and handyman call FixitBay LLC and ask for Andrei. Our building was having issues with a clothes dryer. Andrei was great at providing me scheduling times to choose from and letting me know he was on his way to the building. He ordered parts and then let me know when he would be back to replace. I highly recommend this technician! Homayoon was fantastic in completing our dryer repair. He was professional from start to finish and quickly diagnosed the squeaky noise in my dryer. He explained the issue clearly, offered a fair and honest price, and completed the job.
