We called with questions about my little sister’s phone not turning on, and also a cracked back screen. Shawn answered the phone, he was very polite and easily answered all my questions and was extremely helpful!!! When we got there Krystal greeted us friendly and was very kind through verifying everything. I love this place ! Ive gotten my phones fixed twice by Fixit in the past 2yrs. Very affordable. Never paid over 200 dollars. They are also very fast. It took them about 30-45 mins fixing my phone & they do military discounts :)

I needed an HDMI port replaced on a gaming console. They were able to do it, no problem. Upfront and honest about pricing for services. Clear communication about what they needed from us and about what they would be doing in services rendered. Friendly customer service. My console is back working like it should.
