I remember my dad telling me “when you find a good mechanic….keep them” well I guess that holds true for phone repair too. Had a great experience at Fix it Phone Repair in Boca, they were able to fix my iPhone 6s plus the same day within my lunch hour, and I didn’t even call ahead. It’s the first time I had my phone serviced outside of Apple store and I didn’t have to make an appointment to wait 4 hours in the mall for it to get fixed. I brought my iPhone 5C in to get repaired, paid the money to have repair done. Brought the phone home and there were lines running down screen. Took phone back to fixit and Al the technician said it was our fault sorry can't help. There is a sign that states you have a 60 day warranty on all repairs. The list of things that qualify for screen swap out are: Screen lifting Screen showing lines Green not touching properly THIS COMPANY HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE LIARES AND THIEVES!!

What a great place, I had been told by my phone provider that I could not get my pictures with my cracked screen since I could not type my password. This place got all my pictures and were extremely helpful. I will recommend them to everyone!!!!
