AHS sent this company to fix 18 year old ceiling fans. The tech came a day early. He was sent back. Someone new came today. He was polite. The ceiling fan was working when he came but doesn't work now . The young tech came dressed like a thug and said that the chains that were locked was not normal wear and tear. The fans are almost 19 years old. He wanted me to pay for them! Um that's what I PAY AHS FOR!! Run from this company!

Choice warranty assigned my electrical claim to FIXIT. My appointment was scheduled for today, 11/6, from 3-8pm. Absolutely ZERO communication from them. No confirmation text/email/call. Called and left a voicemail at 3:30 to see if anyone was coming. No reply. Sent a text. No response. If you’re not going to pay attention to the home warranty customers, then maybe you should cancel your contracts with them.
My home warranty (CHW&AHW) have been sending these guys since 2021. This the 5th time they've done this! They don't show up. They don't text back or respond to voice-mail. The one time they did show up they took my money and never returned. They also flooded my laundry room changing out thermostats on the hot water heater that never worked after they left. They never confirmed the appoint or showed up. When you call one number you a can with a full mailbox, the other you get the same recording, but neither number returns calls or answers texts. My daughter and grandson are having to do with heat thanks to them not doing their job! And it was in the 30’s last night. Definitely would not use them!!! And apparently I’m not the first bad review!!
