The owner means well but hasn’t really figured out true leadership. High turnover is indicative of problems within your management team. Getting your friends and family to write reviews to compensate for the real reviews and feedback you are actually getting from ex employees, vendors or clients isn’t going to change the fact that your operations need a tremendous overhaul and the help of a business consultant who truly understands leadership and how to grow a business.
