The staff is always friendly and take the time to talk to me and answer all my questions.
Know where you are going before hand! My GPS did not work. I thought I knew where it was...I did not! Amber, in the office saved me. I got very affordable care for a new stray cat that we have taken in. They were kind and professional.
The two women at the front desk need to be fired! They are so rude and so unwelcoming. I've taken my dog there several times and EVERY time we're there, those front desk attendants are rude and short with me. I've also called several times regarding my dog and cat. It's hard to believe, but they are evern ruder on the phone!! If you read the past reviews, it seems to be a commen thing...rude front desk attendants.
