I absolutely love this gym! The sense of community is what really sets it apart. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and always willing to help you improve while making sure you’re doing things safely and correctly. It’s more than just a place to work out—it feels like a community that keeps you coming back and pushes you to be your best!
Just started and the workouts feel great. Josh had a good sense of when to have me push and when to throttle it back a little. I enjoyed learning more about my body mechanics and getting my form correct so I can progress without any bad habits. I’m excited to keep at it and get stronger as we go along. The energy at the gym is unmatched.
I love the structured workouts and the variety of time slots available. Kenzie and Josh have been great guides throughout my journey.
My wife joined Josh over a decade ago when he was first starting out with boot camps at Bayview Park in Pensacola. I hopped on board a couple years ago when we moved to the Pace/Milton area.
