If you’re looking for solid, group fitness workout classes that are not CrossFit this is the place for you! They are very focused on correct form (which helps avoid injuries) as well as pushing yourself to make gains. My first class I showed up and Josh greeted me and walked me through everything. A couple weeks in and I’ve already been welcomed into the community as well as seen fitness gains. Can’t recommend the gym enough!
Just completed week 3. Kenzi welcomed me with open arms! Josh is very structured, well organized, and a knowledgable Coach! The gym is clean, neat, and inviting. They have created an atmosphere that has a great respect for top notch fitness. It is so awesome to be surrounded by people who push and encourage each other. FOF is my new gym home, I am very grateful for such a great experience!
Fixed on Fitness is the only place you should consider if you’re looking to get fit with professional support. The community is great, and the facility is top notch!
Amazing gym! They make you feel right at home. I have just started going and I don’t really know how a lot of the work out moves go, but they take the time to teach me everything i need to know. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a place to commit to. Their positive attitude, excellent teaching, and the way they inspire you to keep going is why i keep coming back.
I've had a wonderful experience getting back into shape at Fixed on Fitness. The community and coaching is great.
