I had HeatCool Masters come out and inspect an evaporative cooler and find a fault. I was initially told from the office and also the service technician that there was a one-off charge of $320 plus parts. Issue was found with drain pump within half an hour. Filter pads were also found to be worn out. Later that day I received a quote for $1,571.14 on top of the $320 I had already paid. Been away for 15 months and needed our heater cleaned and serviced. We were lucky to have Connor come out. Lovely young bloke...so polite, thorough and professional. Connor was excellent.
Utterly terrible service was provided by Fiona from HeatCool. I'd suggest everyone be "extra careful" when using a service from this company. I was about to move into a new Unit and I mentioned to Fiona (customer representative) that what I needed was a proper "cleaning" service for my air-con due to bacteria build-up from years of use by the previous tenants. Great Company to deal with from Sam who responded quickly to our problem and was able to provide us with a solution quickly he was our first contact. From there Fiona and Kim in the office who where also easy to deal with and solved any problems quickly and without fuss. The installation team of Connor, Nathan and Samual were on time and extremely professional in the removal and reinstalling our heating.All round very professional company.
