I can't even express how reliant we are on FixedFeeIT, and how they live up to that! Having them onboard is equivalent in our organization to having an in-house IT Team. We have been with FFIT for almost 2 decades, leaving briefly once for a salesman promising green pastures and cheap pricing, and quickly learned our mistake and returned home to FixedFee. That was many years ago, and we will never be swayed again.
