I can't even express how reliant we are on FixedFeeIT, and how they live up to that! Having them onboard is equivalent in our organization to having an in-house IT Team. We have been with FFIT for almost 2 decades, leaving briefly once for a salesman promising green pastures and cheap pricing, and quickly learned our mistake and returned home to FixedFee. That was many years ago, and we will never be swayed again.

Fixed Fee IT has top notch employees and excellent security. Our company has about 50 computers with them. I don't have to worry about security or technical issues because I know they will help me, and just get it done. They go above and beyond in getting issues and new computers setup quickly, and are constantly getting even better. What I love most is there communication. They are always keeping me in the loop and we have regular check-ins. Do not hesitate in getting their services. You will be very happy.

I formed my business in 2014 and have had Fixed Fee IT as a trusted vendor since day 1. Bottom line is they give me extreme peace of mind in a business environment that can throw a lot of surprises at you.
