This company is trash. No wonder they went out of business. They installed a water heater incorrectly in my home 4 years ago and it leaked and destroyed the water heater. See picture.
Chris and Chad are amazing and very helpful. They came out to fix our washer and dryer. Amazing integrity.
I had a fixed service plan for 2 years, costing roughly 1200. During that time they did one tune up and fixed one garbage disposal. I then had a ac issue and each time the repairman could not adequately diagnose or repair the issue. I finally called my own licensed ac who was able to identify the issue and I was going to pay out of pocket to repair it, but keep my fixed warranty.
