I want to thank Fix Auto Collision for doing such a great job fixing my car. I had some front-end damage, and Johnny and Carlos were very helpful — they explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the repairs. The car looks excellent now, and I’m really thankful for their professional and friendly service. I highly recommend this place!
Fix Auto Collision has been the best experience I've ever had! During time of repairs and chaos Johnny(owner) made sure I had reliable transportation and he took care of half of my deductible ! Repairs were completed on promised date and customer service was excellent ! Son muy amables cuando les llamas ,después que les dejas tu auto ya no vuelves a saber nada si no llamas,hacen malos arreglos, pésima pintura, y lo referente a lo mecánico es aun mas qué pesimo,demoran una eternidad en cualquier reparación y les llamas y responden cuando ellos crean que les combinen Un concejo no les confíen su auto
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have to state up front that I am a very picky and highly educated consumer and I would normally only go to a business to whom I had been referred by a trusted source. In fact, I was directed to this body shop by another body shop! The FixAuto team was responsive to my requests and did every thing possible to make me a satisfied customer.
