Computer is worse after jorge said he fixed it, also looks like he went through my desk draws and his contract is missing, went to his business location and he doesn't live there.
I called Fix Whiz Computers and was able to speak to the lead technician, Jorge, right away. He was able to make an appointment that very same day. When he showed up and was looking at my laptop, you could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable. He had to take my laptop with him because I had a really bad Trojan virus, but when he brought it back the next day; my laptop ran even better than when I first bought it.
