Incredibly grateful to have found AJ. I have an all-in-one 27" iMac with one of those terrible fusion drives. Haven't been able to properly use my desktop computer in about 1.5 years. I had a great experience here. AJ is very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time explaining what he was going to do to fix my laptop. He even offered me a loaner for the day so I could finish some things I needed to complete. He called at the end of the day saying my laptop was ready. It’s working great now! Highly recommend this business!
Came in for an assessment. No quote or pricing notification beforehand. Charged me $130 just to chit-chat, run the windows updater, and install a free ad blocker on my computer. Emailed him to address the situation, but no response.
5 STAR!!!! GREAT SERVICE, AJ IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY FRIENDLY. MY LAPTOP BROKE WITH HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF MUSIC AND SOFTWARE ON IT. FIXED IT (VERY REASONABLY) AND GAVE ME SOME GREAT SUGGESTIONS MOVING FOWARD TO HELP ME BACK UP MY FILES AND KEEP MY COMPUTER RUNNING SMOOTHLY. CANT SAY ENOUGH HOW HAPPY I AM. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!
