I had an issue with my computer for a while and the manufacturer's advice made the matter worse (Computer kept crashing). I found AJ's Computer Solutions and after speaking with AJ, I took my computer to get fixed. AJ was very professional and had my computer ready the next day. He made sure everything was working properly, took his time explaining what he had done and set up everything so I would not have more issues in the future. If you have any computer issues, I highly recommend this place! Thank you again AJ!
I went into AJ after my personal build kept dying on me after 1 year of the initial build. I explained to him my frustrations and issues, AJ sat me down and went over what he planned to do to fix my computer. My issues were a bit of a challenge but AJ was determined to help. AJ went out of his way to diagnose complex issues with a gaming tower install. He finished the repairs by the end of the day it was dropped off. When we went to pick it up he spent an hour with us showing how everything was now working correctly. I can’t recommend him more and he was very pleasant to talk with.
AJ was very professional and fast. Recently my computer just flat out wouldn't turn on and I had several deadlines coming up. I work in post production for tv and film and my computer is a bit more custom made than normal. AJ didn't flinch. He reassured me and gave me some options, but per my request we ended up using the same part. He kept me informed during the whole procedure which helped with the stress of my predicament.
