AJ was very helpful with my son's computer. One day it was working, the next it wouldn't turn on. He did lots of tests checking all the components before finding the main problem which was the power supply. I even went in with my son and he took time to help delete apps that we could not get off the computer which helped clear space on his hard drive. He was also very helpful with upgrading suggestions for the future. I would recommend AJ. He is very knowledgable, funny and nice.
AJ provides exceptional service. I tried troubleshooting the blue screen issue on my PC and did live chats with microsoft support. After multiple failed attempts, I brought my PC over to AJ and he had it all fixed within 24 hours! He got to work on my PC right away and kept me updated on his progress with the repair. Also, AJ is very polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend his service.
I can confirm that all of the nice things that other people have said about AJ are absolutely TRUE. I simply dropped off my laptop at a satellite shop in Montclair. He had it diagnosed in no time and suggested out of the box solutions that saved my a ton of money. He then delivered it to my home and helped me set up my system the best way possible for how I use it. After a run in with hackers I took my computer to AJ's to have it scanned and any malware/spyware removed. AJ found several files which were missed by Norton so he installed a new anti virus/firewall software & cleaned things up. Very helpful and took the time to explain everything. I'll bring my computer to him again in the future if I need any repairs. Good guy.
