We had a two sided fireplace wall that broke up the flow of the downstairs that we wanted removed. We also had some lighting we wanted to add as well as a ceiling fan. To remove the fireplace wall they had to put in a new support beam. Everything turned out perfectly and $6,000 less than my first quote!
