My experience with Fix My Hot Tub was 5 stars from start to finish. Technician Joe S. was stellar. He provided a courtesy call and arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fully explained the repairs required. His work was tidy, excellent and the hot tub works great again. Joe is an excellent representative of the company and I highly recommend him.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 6 weeks for a part that I was told would take one week. Never received any communication from the company. Every time I called to inquire about my part it was blamed on the supply chain. Then I was told my part went to a different customer. When I asked to speak to a manager to voice my complaint they took 2 days to email me back when I requested a phone call. Rescheduled my confirmed appointment that I took time off from work for, twice. Put through a preauthorization for service twice, which was fixed when I called in but then charged me an additional travel fee that was not on my emailed summery and when I called in to discuss was told she would look into it and call me back and have heard nothing since. Excellent, prompt & knowledgeable service. Joe called prior to our appointment to confirm his arrival time and completed the installation of a new pump. We highly recommend Fix My Hot Tub for any brand, and especially for Jacuzzi!
Excellent service. Technician called in advance to announce his arrival time and was very polite. He fixed our problem and checked to make sure we were completely satisfied.
