Technician arrives on time and in a large van. Check! Problem is he isnt prepared for the repair without a single part for my tub. Claims part is available and will be back on Tuesday. Take the day off, wait around... no calls, no visits so I call them. Deal with AI host, cannot reach anyone who can help. Finally get a call from a customer support manager but no phone number to call back? My escalation person promised to try and see about speeding up the service request... My experience with Fix My Hot Tub was 5 stars from start to finish. Technician Joe S. was stellar. He provided a courtesy call and arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fully explained the repairs required. His work was tidy, excellent and the hot tub works great again. Joe is an excellent representative of the company and I highly recommend him.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 6 weeks for a part that I was told would take one week. Never received any communication from the company. Every time I called to inquire about my part it was blamed on the supply chain. Then I was told my part went to a different customer. When I asked to speak to a manager to voice my complaint they took 2 days to email me back when I requested a phone call. This company over charges on hours worked, overcharges on the parts and then takes no responsibility... read more
Rescheduled my confirmed appointment that I took time off from work for, twice. Put through a preauthorization for service twice, which was fixed when I called in but then charged me an additional travel fee that was not on my emailed summery and when I called in to discuss was told she would look into it and call me back and have heard nothing since.
