Avoid! I called this company for my washing machine....6 visits, left garbage, used all of my tools, never fixed it and I just ended up paying them and still bought a new washer. The entire time this guy kept asking me for random things like: "eye drops". The techs never tested their work...The 1st time they"fixed it" I opened the lid and the drum was completely off-kilter.
