Today is John’s 4th visit to my home and 2012 Roadtrek class B. Each time John arrives, I have a long list of repairs. John works fast and is polite and neat. If I want to hang around, he shows me what he is doing and I have learned quite a bit about my RV by observing. I highly recommend Fix it repair owned by John to any RV owner who wants the luxury of staying home and having the mobile repair come to them!
John is the RV whisperer, a freaking genius, and professional. He spent a chunk of time at my RV helping me diagnose an electrical issue 2 other phone techs couldn't, and another chunk of time on the phone helping me resolve the issue. One of the other phone techs said he'd been doing this over 15 years, and had no better recommendation than to send me to a dealership. Fix it RV is the best!! They truley care about their customers and do everything they can to fix your problem. They helped me fix a leak in my sprinter van so quickly! WAY better than some of the big name companies.. will be using them from now on! :)
