You good people had Alan's Toyota 10 months and could not fix the issue. You would not let me have the car to take it to Toyota Bristol until I paid you $300 plus the issue was not fixed.. Toyota Bristol charged me $576 labor and they said half that labor was because you left it tore apart. It would be a good gesture for you to pay Connie some of that labor you charged her back.
