Absolutely great company, came within 3 days of calling. It could have been 2 but we couldn't fit it in our schedule that day. My grandma had them come to check her unit, and they could have lied to us and told us we needed a new unit, but they just cleaned it for us and told us we needed some new vent covers and that was that. And with that cleaning I immediately felt a difference in our air flow, cause our problem was we weren't getting air in all of the rooms. Only charged us $100. really grateful for honest company’s like this . I called in distress , my brand new lg washer was shaking all over the garage ! i called and without a charge or hesitation , the owner told me how to easily fix the washer problem myself!!

Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.
