My garage broke, what i believe the cables broke, not sure. i called Fix It Right Garage next following day but did not answer, after couple minutes later, they called back within reason. there was some descprency but Sean/Shawn (owner?) called backed and sincerely, genuinely rectified my concern. no business is perfect, but as long we own up to it, hold ourselves accountable, willing to accept and change.
