We found a leaky window that wasn't framed properly while doing kitchen renovations. It was right around Christmas, so getting ahold of anyone was difficult. I had to fix a shingle on my roof before I rented my home. I made two appointments with him, he did not show up each time. The project might be too small for him, but we wasted a month waiting for the service. We were unable to fix the issue before we rented it out.
