Contrary to their website, it isn't a local business. When I called, I was connected to a call center in Tempe AZ. Once I gave my information the call taker checked with their dispatcher and then told me I was outside their service area. According to their map on their St. Louis website, I was right dead center in their supposed service area. Completely inept, horrible business practices.
