Jeremy was lovely to work with when we were looking to open up the drywall blocking access to our furnace. He made great suggestions for possible solutions including adding some soundproofing. The team was very communicative the whole way through, and very mindful of our schedules as we work from home. Work was completed on time and looks great. I am so impressed with fix-it-friend. Never have I had an experience with a home service provider go more smoothly. I wrote them an email for a quote and received a fair priced quote quickly in about a day. They booked us in for the service the week after. The technician, Jason, arrived promptly at the time scheduled (when does that happen anymore?!), and completed the work in no time. Absolutely fabulous. I had an art installation of LED lights from afar, and they were professional, efficient and all around excellent. Complete with personal phone calls and texted photos.
