Kevin came out to perform our annual maintenance. He was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He took detailed notes and pictures of each section of the system inspected. I was very pleased with Kevin and would recommend Fix it Felix Heating and Air Conditioning.
Fix it Felix was great to work with. A/C went out unexpectedly during the afternoon. Felix returned our call that evening, and had a tech out the next day to diagnose the issue. We were given several options and ended up going with a brand new unit. The crew that installed it was friendly, professional, thorough, and a pleasure to have at our house during the install. A/C is now working perfectly, just in time for summer.
Even though the weather was not favorable, they came back the following day to take care of our situation. We got excellent service and advice from Mr. Felix and Kevin his technician.
Felix is our go-to HVAC technician! His team is reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. We have them service our units 2x a year and highly recommend them to anyone needed HVAC help!
