Fix It Appliance is by far the best repair company you can hire in NE Ohio. These Gentlemen were professional, wore shoe covers (For Carpeting) without asking, explained the issue, made a recommendation - then fixed it and showed up when they promised. Including the office manager who originally took my call. She was also professional and helpful. I had a dangerous gas leak on stove that was out of warranty but only 2 years old. I wish i called them sooner
