Not only did he solve our plumbing problem, but he also took care of some issues that were not covered by our home warranty, because he wanted the issue fixed correctly. Service was unacceptable. The technician spent less than 5 minutes, provided no explanation, refused repair, and only quoted a $2,800 replacement. Very disappointed.
