They don’t answer the phone
They never answered the phone… when my part was ordered & needed to re-schedule the appointment… called 3/x’s & no one answered or called me back. Had to leave several messages.. I finally got thru since it was critical to set repair date with ordered part since my shower was constantly leaking.. I had 2 items to be serviced, my shower valve which was repaired & my sink that on & off was not draining properly but tech would not snake or try to clear the possible blockage. I am giving the four stars because Travis was awesome and fixed my water heater without having to replace it..but as far as the company goes at least their receptionist they left me for 7 days without hot water and they refused to come any sooner.
Travis was great! Definitely a great first point of contact for Fix It All Plumbing. He was well prepared and had the job competed quickly.
