Jared Deckers was very professional, and there were many things I appreciated. He communicated clearly, was careful not to make a mess when removing the drywall and insulation to find the leak, and even used covers for his shoes when he entered my house. Highly recommend FIX! They responded incredibly fast to our roof leak and were extremely knowledgeable. Tried to take me for a ride by giving me a crazy quote. As soon as I told them I was going to shop for more quotes they cut the price in half, so they immediately lost my trust. They initially did just a few hours worth of demo (very minimal) and charged me a ton for that too. Was able to find several others well below their price point, make sure to shop around!
