Wonderful staff, very helpful and so nice. Great prices too. Just an all around great service for the Charleston area. I really appreciated all the help and time they took for me calling about feral cats. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone needing wellness vaccines and spay/neuters. Thanks again Fix Charleston. I am sure I will be a return customer :)

I brought my dog in for a service that wasn’t offered that day. It said it was offered on the website as a WALK IN service that day. It wasn’t. Turns out walk in services are only Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. I have a high anxiety dog when it comes to traveling and this is unacceptable. Change your website and educate your receptionists about proper ways to talk to customers. I’ll never be back.

Wonderful experience! Making an appointment was simple and they emailed and texted reminders. Finding the office was a little tricky, but still worth it. The vet was super nice and price reasonable.
